Sourish is a strategic, result-oriented Security & Risk Management Leader with two decades of global experience in leading security transformation for organizations across their IT and OT landscape. He has a proven track record of leading the security delivery of multiple critical transformation projects globally, aimed to embed best in breed security capabilities coupled with threat led intelligence to protect organizations from adversaries. Sourish specializes in setting enterprise security vision and strategy, which has a demonstrable result of improving the ROI of enterprise security besides driving value & consistency of security outcomes across the business domains.

He specializes in partnering with key business stakeholders on initiatives, for uplifting the risk posture and security maturity of the organization’s Information systems by strategizing & initiating robust security programs, innovation, pragmatic risk management, process improvements, and implementing controls derived from global security standards & regulatory requirements.

Sourish is also entrusted by organizations to lead compliance and audit programs which includes working with industry & government regulatory bodies to inform them about the organization’s adoption of regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, risk posture and remediation / maturity uplift roadmap besides periodically reporting on any breaches, risks and incidents on critical infrastructure

Throughout his career, Mayank has spearheaded cybersecurity initiatives for leading companies, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to protect sensitive data, mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices, he has helped organizations stay ahead of cyber adversaries while fostering a culture of security awareness and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Mayank's expertise includes Cyber Security Strategy and Architecture, Third-Party Risk Assessment and Management, Security Policy Development and Implementation, Business Resilience, and Governance Risk and Compliance. He is driven by a passion for continuous improvement and staying at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, whether it's staying informed about emerging threats, collaborating with industry peers, or obtaining relevant certifications.

Niranjan Karve

With over 21 years of Cyber Security experience, Niranjan is a Cyber Security journey expert with extensive experience in establishing, managing, and leading Cyber Security projects and initiatives. He has led and executed numerous engagements in Security Governance Risk and Compliance, TPRM, IAM, PAM, Security Management and Operations, Security Governance, Risk and Compliance domains across Banking & Finance, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunication, and Utilities sectors.
He holds a Master of Applied Science ( Information Security) degree from RMIT University, Melbourne and has a CISM certification from ISACA.
